Product Overview

Minimizing structure-borne hydraulic elevator sound migration requires detailed attention to isolation of each system component, from the power unit to the rail guides.

A quality muffler installed will greatly reduce the sound carried through the fluid; however, the equipment generated sound energy will travel through the steel of the pipe. The hard, rigid steel-on-steel mechanical connections provide an ideal migration path the entire pipe length to the cylinder.

CQuiet Hydraulic Pipe Stand Isolation provides effective isolation of the pipe stand assembly. Isolation of the pipe is a full pipe wrap strip, support base pad, and isolated washer to prevent a short circuit through the anchor.

The easily cut CQuiet Nitro isolation pads are easily cut to required sizes. The pipe strip will wrap up to a 4inch pipe and a 6.5inch x 6.5inch isolation pad will isolate the largest strut base, also included are isolated washers for anchor sizes up to 5/8inch.
